VR/AR Shopping Experience Challenge

I recently purchased the Google cardboard. I have been wondering how we as designers can use create an experience in VR and AR that can assist those with limited mobility and disabilities. While this is still a work in progress, I decided to experiment and tackle the issue of designing a proof of concept for an experience that allows users that may be bedridden, paralyzed, elderly etc to have a similar experience of shopping physically.
